Where Can I pick up and drop off the vehicle?We will deliver your vehicle to the Charlotte International Airport or nearly anywhere in Charlotte that you choose. Your vehicle can be dropped off at the airport, or one of a few available locations that you coordinate with our staff.

Do I need to fill the car up with gas?Your rental vehicle will have a full tank of gas when it’s delivered. If your vehicle is returned without a full tank, there will be a small service charge to refill it.

What are the generan requirements for a rental?A valid Driver’s License A rental deposit Proof of Full Insurance coverage

Whats is the age requirement?You have to be at least 21 years old to legally rent a car in Montana. However we require drivers to be 25 or older.

Can I change or cancle my reservation - like for a delayed or canceled flight?We’re flexible, just give us a call at (704) 949-6582

Can I travel outside of North Carolina?No. You may travel anywhere you’d like in the state of North Carolina, but cannot take your rental car outside of the state.

How much does it cost for a long-term rental in North Carolina?Please call and ask about long term rentals. We are happy to extend a discount for reservations longer than 7 days.

What's the driving like in North Carolina?The Missoula area has a lot of mountainous terrain with many steep-grade roads and dirt roads. The area is also subject to heavy rainfall and snowfall that can make driving difficult.

What is the most important type of rental car in North Carolina?While sedans and compact cars are still technically the most popular rentals, visitors choose four-wheel drive vehicles in North Carolina at a rate higher than other states due to the driving conditions and weather.

Can I have multiple authorized drivers?Yes. All drivers must be over 25 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and covered by insurance.

What do I do if I get into an accident or the car is damaged?If the accident is significant or involves another vehicle, please immediately call 911 and file a police report. Once you’ve confirmed that everyone is safe and unharmed, please call us at (704) 949-6582 to coordinate an insurance claim.

What should I do if the car breaks down or starts showing signs of problems?Please call the roadside assistance services included in your rental agreement. You can also call us at (704) 949-6582 and we’ll help walk you through the situation.

What is your pet policy?Dogs and cats are allowed in the Toyota Tundra with a 25.00 pet fee. No pets are allowed in the Nissan passenger van or Cadillac Escalade.
